Our Chef
The Vraba Restaurant is a new culinary project by one of the most relevant chefs in the current Catalan kitchen. Albert Ventura, chef of the already classic Restaurant Coure and leader of projects such as Bar Thonet or Coure Andorra, pays homage to Mediterranean seafood with nods to Asian cuisine. You can enjoy cod fritters, exquisite tapas, and different dishes where fish and meat are the main characters.
