Albert Ventura is a chef of great recognition among restaurant professionals and gastronomy experts from all over the country.
Trained as a professional in various haute cuisine restaurants such as El Celler de Can Roca, Neichel or Jean Luc Figueras. He opened his first restaurant, the now classic Restaurant Coure, and leads projects such as Bar Thonet or Coure Andorra.
