Preliminary information for P.R.L. coordination and access to the America’s Cup Experience venue

In compliance with the regulations in force in Spain regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, it is essential that our customers are committed to follow all the provisions established in Law 31/1995, on Occupational Risk Prevention, in its Article 24 and developed in the Royal Decree 171/2004.


In addition, in order to guarantee safety at the events we manage, we require that the corresponding activity coordination report be completed at least three working days before the date of the event. This measure is essential to ensure a safe working environment for all involved.

The safety and well-being of our employees and customers are a priority for us. Complying with these regulations is essential to ensure a risk-free working environment. We therefore require you to read the following instructions carefully.

STEP 1 – Sending the completed form

Fill in the attached form.

Upon receipt of this form duly completed in all fields on your part. CBVI(External Service for the Prevention of Occupational Risks)  will proceed to give access to the platform for the introduction of all the necessary data and information employee by employee.

STEP 2 – Access to the platform

From the company CBVSI, Once the form is received (STEP 1), access to the platform will be provided via URL link.

In this URL – Platform, you must upload all the information relating to each of the workers who must access the America’s Cup Experience. Once all the information for each of the workers (required by CBVSI) has been entered, access to the venue will be granted.

    Any failure to provide the required information in relation to one or more employees will be grounds for the America’s Cup Experience (ACEx) not to provide authorization for access to our facilities.
